Julie“When we arrived, we could not get in our room because the mechanical lock didn't work. ( these things happen from time to time) we contacted the front desk and within minutes, they took care of the situation. They moved us next door and everything was good. It was no big deal. Jessica ( I think that was her name at the front desk that night, was a delight and very professional as was maintenance and the " bell hop". We loved the Balcony and although we live just a few miles from Treasure bay, we couldn't believe how much we enjoyed a nights stay in our own " back yard". If we would have known it was this nice we would have done this a long time ago and more frequently. Thank you for a great stay I'll bet this makes a nice impression for our tourists!!”
