The staff - well I cannot fault the staff thru- out hotel, especially the ladies that checked us in. The staff are who make any establishment what they are. Truely amazing, made us more than welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I love this hotel and will definitely refer my friends and family to this property. I will be writing to the hotels general manager direct, to complement the staff and facilities . Can't wait to come back and visit. Thank you Paramount Hotel.”

The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were very friendly and really helpful. The guy who manages transport services was really helpful and put us in touch with the a great driver. We had flowers, chocolate and a card on arrival which was a nice gesture. Overall we had a lovely stay and I would stay again if I am ever in Seattle.”
