• “Aaron was amazing all the way! He welcomed us and made us feel confortable since the first day! It was an amazing place to stay, good bed, good bathroom, everything was clean and cozy. Me and my fianceé were very happy with our stay with Aaron and his family. The place is well located, with a 5 minute walk you have a subway that takes you everywhere. Also you can find a market, pharmacy and other places to eat very close to the house. We had a big tv in the room and the place was very family friend.”

They provided us with water, drinks and snacks. You can use all you need in the kitchen to prepare your meals and enjoy the big flat tv. We felt like at home. The place is perfect for a family with kids. The nearest subway station is only 5 min away. Thank you so much guy, God bless you, you made my first visit to NYC so easy and confortable. ”

• “Pretty much everything. My husband Oscar travelled solo to NYC from Barcelona mid November and the stay at this place was key to how happy he was during the 4 days he spent in the city. Great location to visit Brooklyn (5 mins from the metro), everything very clean, the staff was lovely and made him feel very at ease despite being shy and on his own. The common spaces in the house were fantastic, kitchen superb, there is a fridge. Beautiful place, I'd come back.”

• “It was good value for money, considering it was Brooklyn. It was easy to get there by public transport from JFK airport, and also when going to/from Manhattan. BTW I would recommend using Utica Avenue Subway as there's step-free access and it's on the 'A' Train which is an express train. Ralph Avenue is nearer, but is a slower, stopping service and doesn't have a lift. The room was clean and bright. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with two other rooms, though everything is clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and Errol had also stocked up food and drinks that we were welcome to use. Errol was friendly and gave tips and info on visiting other areas. It was my first time in New York, and I couldn't have had a more welcoming introduction from Errol and his wife. ”
