“Friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the room, the room atmosphere, nicely decorated. The view from the balcony, bathroom was clean...need i say more? Location is good but we are elderly and the walk to town was a little far but the parking was good and not too badly priced $10-$15. There’s plenty to see between the mountains, shops, food, candy, snacks, and activities, you get plenty of exercise. We will be back again this was a nice little getaway.. Thanks!”

Larry“The room I was in was recently renovated floor to ceiling. I think the only thing that was not new in the room was the tub. It was a very pretty room. The employees were very nice. The breakfast buffet was nice and there was plenty of seating for diners unlike some hotels that don’t have enough tables for diners. The location is great...walking distance to downton Gatlinburg. The view from the private balcony is very nice. You can hear the sound of the creek below. Some of the parking is covered parking and there was always plenty of parking available. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel or the staff.”

Kenneth“The balcony over looking the river was awesome. Breakfast was good but crowed. Staff very friendly and helpful. the only down side was that they made you listen to some one trying to sell you tickets to shows to get your parking pass. will definitely stay here the next time in town.”
