The hosts are gracious, kind, easy to talk and really helped me find a lot of things in the city and the easiest way to get there. They meet me at a time convenient to me and showed me the apartment. Check out was uncomplicated and I was able to just leave the keys right in the apartment and just text them when I left. The apartment is really clean and surprisingly large for NYC. The bedrooms are very comfortable and you don’t hear the street noise. The place had everything I needed and is a great place for a family vacation. The location really is the best and can’t be beat, public transit is so close and you are so close to a lot of great restaurants.”

• “Steps away from Time Square and Broadway. The place was very spacious and had three separate bedrooms and a large kitchen and family room. The bedrooms are well situated very comfortable and very quite, I slept great! The host is very nice and knows the area well, he helped us a lot with traveling around the city and the best places to eat. I would recommend this place over a hotel any day and it easy sleeps 6 and still has room.”

• “ We had a great stay! The host was so easy to communicate with and met us for check-in so it was very smooth. The apartment was exactly as described, and such a great value to get three separate bedrooms with queen beds and wonderful natural light. The kitchen was well appointed, and there were thoughtful touches like coffee, sugar, tea and cookies and extra bedding, pillows, and soft towels. The location was really great, while it’s about 3 minute walk to the subway station, it was still central and near / accessible to a lot of things we wanted to do. Wonderful host and we had a fantastic stay. Having a washer and dryer is a big plus. ”

• “We came to New York for a quick stay and this place was perfect. There was plenty of space with well separated rooms. The apartment was clean, quite and very comfortable, furnished with everything that you would have in your own home. Right from the start communication was quick and very helpful. Check in was easy and the host was even nice enough to let us check in a bit early. Check out was even easier. Our host took care of everything and made the stay amazing. The apartment is centrally located with so many things within walking distance and the subway system is right there. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit NYC.”

He gave us some useful tips about the neighborhood, but of course we were already prepared as we knew we were going to stay at Times Square area! The neighborhood is one of my favorite in NYC, that played a big part in choosing this place. However, the apartment itself was even better than we expected! It was very cozy, neat and had everything we needed for the stay. Definitely 5 stars ”
