“Everything was wonderful, we enjoyed a lot in the house, the room is amazing. It was very clean and has everything you need and even more. The neighborhood is one of the most interesting in Miami with the 8 street (little Havana) plenty of cuban restaurants, live music and very friendly people. The private pool is a really good extra and Jerome is a wonderful host, algo his dogs are lovely and well educated. Is one of the best option to stay in Miami.”

We very much enjoyed our three days there. We give the biggest recommendations and we would like to visit them again. Very clean and nice location, one big room a corridor and a bathroom. The host was available to personally guide us through the check-in process. There was even a binder with the address and contact information for the host, listings for nearby restaurants and bars, and several pamphlets for attractions in the area. There was a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and sink in the kitchenette. The pool and the patio around the pool were clean and free of any debris. The temperature of the pool water was perfection! We walked 5 minutes to SW 8th St (Calle Ocho) to have dinner and see a few of the notable sights. The residential area that the property was located felt safe and was quiet.”

Mit dem Auto alles gut zu erreichen. - Ruhige Lage vom Strassenverkehr her und sehr gut wenn man ein Planespotter ist, denn das Hotel liegt in der Einflugschneise. - Parkplätze auf der Strasse. - In der näheren Umgebung der Unterkunft erscheint die Gegend sicher zu sein. - Netter Hund der Gastgeber und eine anhängliche Katze.”
