The location was perfect for getting to the beach and locations in town and The Arts Center. The landscaping and general appearance is very inviting with places to sit and even to grill in nice weather. It is also a great place to walk or jog along the water way. The breakfast was very welcome, good and much easier than getting eight people out for breakfast. I did not partake but the happy hour offering during the week looked very generous; really great for a family.”
