We received a very warm welcome before we even got to the lobby door. As we were walking in to hotel an associate was leaving in her car and rolled down her window to say hi with a smile and a quick chat about the colder-than-normal temperature and to enjoy our stay. The Associates at Check In were very courteous and we received a call in our room shortly after arriving asking if we needed anything. Room very clean and bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.”
