There was an issue with the hotel elevator but you could take a staff service elevator as an alternative. This was great because it was less crowded and was very close to the room. Everything in the room was great and looked very clean. I asked for a specific room and the hotel was able to accommodate my request. The bed was super comfy and even the extra blanket was great for watching a movie on the couch.”
