• “The bath/shower faucet was easier to control than most in the handicapped room, which was given to us without our special request, although I do qualify as a handicapped person. The armchair was especially supportive of my back, with strong, wide arms for setting down objects and for pushing up when rising. Plus, the pillows were great. I appreciated the omelette and unsweetened oatmeal, too, and the decaf available in the lobby, as well as the porcelain cups and plates.”
