Roger“The hotel was exactly like the online photos and perfect for what we needed. We stayed for 7 nights and had long, full, busy days of exploring planned and a few quiet evenings. The location to a few different subway lines and the ferry was as easy 15 minute walk through a Hasidic Jewish community borough, felt very safe at any time of the day/night. The bed and pillows were an absolute dream, so comfortable after a long day of exploring! The room had air-con and a balcony which was lovely for the time of year and a tv with plenty of channels. Also food delivery services delivered to the door when we wanted a chilled evening in ready for the next busy day ahead! We had breakfast included which was very basic (bagels/cereals/porridge/fruit) but exactly what we needed before heading out for the day. All staff were accommodating and friendly, any enquiries or things we needed were sorted quickly. ”
