We called room service, ordered a couple of things and asked for a couple of Cokes. We were informed that they had Pepsi so we said that we would stick with water. They said that they would find us Coke and they did! It's wasn't a life changing moment, but in a time where customer service is lacking in so many areas of our daily lives, that was AMAZING!!!!!!! We appreciated the thoughtfulness very much.”
