“The hotel is ideally situated, close to all the Midtown attractions, lots of bars and restaurants and Grand Central metro but was nice and quiet in a safe neighborhood. The room was extremely comfortable with an excellent shower, comfy bed, plenty of storage and all the amenities we could have wanted. It was very clean and the staff were friendly but unobtrusive - a nice quiet, relaxing place to stay while seeing New York.”

We had a King Premier room which was situated at the corner of the hotel, spoiling us with a view of grand central station and east 38th street. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom and wardrobe with robes and slippers. Temperature control was very easy to use and rapid at heating/cooling the room. The staff were super helpful and friendly and kindly allowed us check in early. Free 5G WiFi available in our room. ”

In addition to the international breakfast style food, there was a nice choice of Japanese food - an excellent miso soup, rice and pickles, etc. Very smooth checkout, nice luggage storage service.
