Not friendly at check in, witnessed a female staff member spit in the parking lot and had a rather unpleasant man at check Out that ignored me for several minutes as he discussed cleaning details with 2 housekeepers. Yes, he saw me standing 3 feet in front of him with my hotel cards in my hand. Not the typical friendly staff we have had in the past. A smile or even an acknowledgment goes a very long way. ”
