• “Location of this Club is perfect, few minutes walk to subway station, Grand Central and many other places, so the price is definitely adequate to this. Building has a soul and great history, people who likes those kind of things instead of luxury will be satisfied! There are kind and lovely people there always ready to help you! Mr Alan, Mr Anthony, Mrs Millie and all of them were so welcoming! Beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean (only disadvantage is that sometimes you need to wait for your turn), every day you get fresh towels. Every morning downstairs there is a coffee and tasty bagels with fruit jam for you. You can also prepare your own meals there. If you are tired after exploring NY you can take some rest in an amazing library with comfy sofa, reading or watching tv. We would love to come back there again! ”

• “Excellent location. Wonderful staff!! I’m thinking about the price and what you get. It’s really good. The beds were ok and our room wasn’t that small that I expected. 4 levels and 1 toilet (1 ladies and 2 men on every level) Free bagels with jam in the morning and free coffee and tea. If you wanted you could buy your own breakfast and leave it in the refrigerator in the ”breakfastroom”. Approx.6-7 minutes walk to the Grand Central Station where you can take the Shuttletrain directly to Time Square. We walked to the Empire State Building approx. 15 min. (With kids 10 & 13 years old) We loved this humble charming place! Family Samil, Sweden”

• “Location. Definitively a place with Charm, history and personality. Somewhat aged. I got a new experience and atmosphere in the old redesigned military hotel. Friendly staff. Average size room. Water coolers on each floor. Clean shared bathrooms / toilets. There are a lot of lobbies with stylish furniture in the hotel and a library where you can work on your laptop or read a book for example and it is also state military designed and decorated with antique furniture. No hotel like any other, something to remember. But still recommend to everyone just to get a new experience and homely feelings.”
