They sent up menus for us to have food delivered since we weren't familiar with the area or what would have been open. Upon leaving, a snow storm cancelled many flights and I stayed in the room about 2 hours longer than check out time before heading to airport and they didn't charge me for that additional time. Very fair. Great staff. Clean accommodations. Outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.”

The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff were friendly and really helpful when it came to storing luggage, getting taxis etc. Also it's just a few steps from the City Library which is well worth a visit. We'd have liked to stay for longer!”
