“We absolutely loved this hotel - a beautifully restored old property. So well maintained and one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed in. We used the communal sitting room quite a lot - comfortable armchairs, television and constant tea and coffee available. The continental breakfast served there in the morning was really delicious. The room itself was basic but clean and functional with fridge and microwave, good lighting, great bathroom. Our room faced the road and whilst it was heavily trafficked and pouring with rain whilst we were there, inside we were oblivious. So quiet and peaceful. The staff were amazing - super attentive and very very focused on maintaining a clean and safe property cognisant of COVID. Highly recommend this great value for money hotel.”
