“The hospitality and personal attention by Reed Jaris. He even lent us bicycles to drive the new boardwalk along the Atlantic coast at the end of the street. Great value for money location to train or drive to Manhattan. Or to drive to Staten island and then take the free ferry to Manhattan.”
Aj“Sehr gute Ausstattung. Garten komplette alleinige Benutzung. Fahrräder standen zur Verfügung. Sehr guter Zustand. Sehr saubere Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche zur eventuellen Selbstverpflegung. Der Vermieter/Besitzer Jaris ist sehr zuvorkommend und macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.”

Abdulghafour“Der Gastgeber war super hilfsbereit, freundlich, aufmerksam und hat viel Angagement für die gesamte Zeit gezeigt. Die Wohnung, das Bad , die Zimmer und die Küche waren gut ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt. Praktisch war die Waschmaschine und der Trockner der uns zu Verfügung stand. Wir konnten auch den Garten im hinterern Teil des Hauses nutzen. Zum Strand waren es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Strand ist sauber und weitläufig. Zur Bahnstadion waren es ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Fahrt nach Manhatten dauerte ca 50 Min zum Flughafen ca 30 Min, die Züge fahren ca alle 15 Min und die Fahrt ist Preiswert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel sind zu Fuß ca 20 Min oder eine Station mit der Bahn entfernt. Danke Reed für eine schöne Zeit in deiner Ferienwohnung.”

Beth“The location is prime if you like a quieter part of the beach, away from the crowd. It is very close to the boardwalk and a supermarket. The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. It has a fascinating character, being decorated with various vintage posters and artifacts. There is also a music studio in the apartment with guitars and other instruments that can be used, which add to a unique taste of the place. The backyard is equipped with BBQ and is very pleasant to hang out for supper. The towels and linens are comfy and of good quality, which make the stay homey. The host is super friendly and polite, thoughtful and responsive. He provides bikes as well, which makes the vacation mobile and exciting; it is extremely pleasurable to bike along the boardwalk and look out into the ocean.”
