Franklin“The motel was as we expected for the price paid. No frills but clean and comfortable for a one-night stay. Checking-in problem because the receptionist did not have enough experience on the booking system and whoever entered the information in their system switched the names i.e. I did the booking in my name (as their confirmation showed) but someone had entered a companion's name as the person who booked. Confusion (and time) could have been saved if the initial booking had been entered correctly in their system. But even though the receptionist was confused by this she remained pleasant.”
