M“I arrived at the hotel at around 1 AM and had to, unfortunately, go through room change twice but Craig was really pleasant and quick in ensuring the change was as smooth as possible. Towards the end of my stay, Prentiss was helpful to ensure I got a cab to the airport - I was oblivious to the fact that Lyft/Uber at 4 AM in GRR would be close to none! Ultimately loved the service on top of great comfort the room provided. Thank you Homewood Suites by Hilton! Will definitely return when I visit GRR in the future.”
