Under the new system, you had to ask for anything you wanted be brought to your room and they were very prompt in bringing these items and picking them up the next morning. All hotel staff members were very courtious and helpful with anything the customer needed and did this in a timely manner.”

We ate in the Hard Rock Cafe and this was excellent with great service. We had cocktails in the bar which again were great with great service. There was nothing I didn't like about this place.”
