“A princípio gostei muito da localização e do preço. Mas ao conhecer o senhor Chris, fiquei impressionada com a sua gentileza e simpatia. Sempre muito amigável e muito prestativo. Fez questão de me levar em seu automóvel até a estação de metrô e ao meu retorno me buscou na estação uma outra vez. A casa é confortável e muito aconchegante, tem uma cozinha bem completa e uma área comum. O banheiro é muito limpo com produtos a nossa disposição. Recomento muito a Guest house para aqueles que visitam NY. ”

Katrin“I arrived at JFK an hour later than expected still the owner picked me up. A very nice guy. The room was on the smaller size but perfectly clean and so was the bathroom. There was complimentary water and it was very close to JFK which I need after 24 hours of travelling. And it was such a good value, if you need an effortless good value stay next to JFK with the possibility of a lift to or from the airport this is the place.”
