Paris“Simple I have stayed at The downtown Marriott often my folio shows that. It is sad to me as a business owner customer service is irrelevant to corporations like the Marriott. What do I mean simple I called the Marriott hours ahead of time. Normally I can dona CCA online. Well it had to be faxed no problem. That card didn't have enough on it understandable but, for me to wait two hours for another CCA to be faxed was utterly ridiculous. As I stated when I called hours ahead of time to make sure there were no issues. I will never stay at this location again.”
