Craig“location was convenient as it offered a shuttle service to and from the airport. we had a choice of nearby hotels but selected this one as the shuttle service was 24/7 but did not know that we had to call for the shuttle. what I would like is more frequent morning shuttle services. we had to take the 4.05am shuttle as the next one was 5.25am approximately which would be too late for our flight. driver was pleasant as well as the morning front desk staff”
