“The unit was very good, considering the circumstances with all food outlets closed we were lucky we booked with a unit that was self contained. We bought groceries and ate there. The cleaning staff were very friendly and out unit was cleaned daily a nice thing to happen.”

Craig“Location is perfect. It is immaculately clean. Everything is extremely well maintained. Housekeeping are great at their job. The hotel is an old character building with modernisations carried out only where necessary. I cannot express how clean the WHOLE suite was. The older fixtures and fittings all worked. Nothing was broken or in need of repair. There’s a lot of love going into this place. However this hotel is not for you if you insist on modern fixtures and fittings. There’s no air conditioning, however I didn’t find it necessarily required, as the old design of the building means that it is well insulated. Open windows and the ceiling fan meant the bedroom was cool and pleasant all night. I stayed in August. And if you expect complete silence at night, don’t visit a city. ”
