I loved how breakfast was still included during COVID as a ‘grab and go’ style, where as another hotel I stayed in simply stopped offering it. Car park was very well lit!! I appreciated this as a woman on her own with the nights getting dark early. Staff were lovely. Place felt very safe, comfortable and welcoming.”

Luann“The staff was friendly, especially one of the guy's who works the front desk. I was worried about getting a good room with WiFI and he was really helpful. The WiFi worked perfectly and he explained that it should work in all the rooms, but many people don't connect to it properly (it was easy to connect if you are used to connecting to wifi). Housekeeping was great at respecting the 'do not disturb sign'. They put a note on your door letting you know they didn't service it, but to let the front desk know if you would like it cleaned before 2pm. It's a great system to not be disturbed, but still ensure you get your room cleaned. Breakfast is good and varied. They have jams from the local Biscuit Head restaurant (delicious)! Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. About 10 minute drive to downtown Asheville. The amount I saved from not staying downtown was way more than what I spent on taxis.”
