Rooms were were very nice, I would stay there just to use the fancy shower again. Front desk staff was very nice, except that with my initial call to the hotel, I introduced myself and was explaining that I have a reservation and that my family would be getting there first. The person who answered the phone couldn’t wait to talk over and interrupt me to tell me they had no rooms available. When they were looking for my reservation they were rude again talking over me while I was spelling out my name over and over again. This person was unpleasant and a real turn off but the rest of the staff was very professional.”
