Mara“This hotel was great, right at the 3rd avenue and walking distance to Union Square. if you need to stay 30 nights in NYC this is the place. the bathroom is shared but it is always clean and free (4 per floor). they clean it several times a day. if you need to iron your cloths they provide with iron and board. there are amenities, TV, heating, AC, desk, big bed. Staff at this place are really kind and happy to help! at the 8th floor I had the view of the empire state building! great value! Your own room below price advertised on AIRBNB!”

Posizione fantastica e stanza accogliente, dalla quale si intravede persino l'Empire State Building. Bagno puliti frequentemente. Staff sempre cordiale e disponibile. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale, poiché a New York, e men che meno a Manhattan, è impossibile trovare un alloggio decente a questo prezzo. Liron“i loved my month at hotel 17.....the location on 17th street between 2nd and 3rd avenues on a residential street in gramercy park was so great.... the room was spacious....the queen bed was comfortable....the 7th floor location facing the street had nice light and was quiet enough....the air conditioner worked well...the refrigerator worked well....housekeeping once a week was fine...the towels were fine...even the music in the elevator was perfect for my tastes...and the staff was so great....everyone who works at hotel 17 is friendly and efficient....so a big thank you to all the staff...i hope to return again next autumn for at least a month and see everyone again...”
